Ingredients

Eggs (boiled)
- 2

Potatoes
- 4
•
Onion
- 1
•
Peas (cooked)
- ½ cup
•
Salt
- as required
•
Chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Amchurs/Dry mango powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Vermicelli (broken into small pieces)
- ½ cup
•
Eggs (beaten)
- 2
•
Green chilly-ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Maida paste
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Boil
eggs
,
remove
shells,
cut
diagonally into two.
2.
Remove
yellow and
keep
aside.
3.
Cook
peas
,
drain
water
,
mix
with
salt
,
chilly powder
,
amchur
and finely
cut
onions
.
4. Fill the cavities of
egg
with this
mixture
carefully, stick both pieces together carefully with
maida paste
.
5.
Boil
potatoes
in pressure cooker,
peel
and
mash
.
6.
Mix
with
salt
, ginger
chilly
paste
,
garam masala powder
, and the yellow of the
egg
which is removed from the
eggs
.
7.
Mash
well and apply on top of boiled
egg
.
8.
Dip
in beaten
eggs
and
roll
on
vermicelli
bits, till it is covered completely.
9. Deep
fry
in hot
oil
till brown on top.
10.
Cut
into two and
serve
with ketchup, and mint chutney.
