Egg Manchurian

Ingredients

Eggs
- 3
•
White onions (sliced)
- 3
•
Corn flour
- 3 tablespoons
•
Ajinomoto
- ½ teaspoon
•
Oil
- as required
•
Salt
- as required
•
Green chillies (minced)
- 2
•
Soya sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Sugar
- ½ teaspoon
•
Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon
Ingredients For Grinding Together

Green chillies
- 6
•
Garlic
- 4 flakes
Method
1.
Fry
"For
Grinding
together"
ingredients
in little
oil
and then
grind
to smooth
paste
.
2.
Boil
eggs
for 3 minutes. Allow it to cool.
3.
Peel
and crumble it.
4.
Mix
it together with
corn flour
, little
ajinomoto
,
salt
and minced
green chillies
.
5.
Make
into balls. Deep
fry
till brown on top.
6.
Heat
oil
and
fry
onions
with rest of the
ajinomoto
.
7.
Add
grind
paste
and
fry
for one or two minutes.
8. Sprinkle
sauce
and
vinegar
.
9. Continue
frying
with
salt
and
sugar
.
10.
Add
deep fried balls and
mix
gently.
Serve
as a side dish.
