Ingredients

Eggs
- 2

Sugar
- ¼ cup
•
Milk
- 2 cups
•
Salt
- a pinch
•
Vanilla essence
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1. Beat
eggs
with
sugar
and
salt
.
2.
Mix
it well with
milk
and
cook
it in a double boiler or
heat
water
in a broad pan and
keep
the vessel with
milk
on top of it and
cook
on a slow fire, till the
mixture
becomes thick and coats the back of a spoon.
3.
Remove
from fire,
add
vanilla essence
and
keep
in refrigerator.
Serve
with fruits.
