Easy Green Chilly Raw Mango Pickle

Ingredients

Mangoes (raw, cut into pieces)
- 1 cup
•
Green chillies (cut into small pieces)
- 5
•
Salt
- as required
•
Asafoetida/Hing
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon
Ingredients For Seasoning
•
Gingelly oil
- 2 tablespoons
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
Method
1.
Chop
mangoes
and
chillies
in small pieces.
2. Take the chopped
mango
and
green chillies
in a bowl.
3.
Add
salt
,
asafoetida
and
turmeric powder
4.
Heat
oil
and
add
mustard seeds
to crackle.
5.
Pour
the seasoned
oil
in the
mango
mixture
and
mix
well.
6.
Store
in a glass jar and
serve
.
