Dry Fruit Kheer

Ingredients

Milk
- 1 liter
•
Condensed milk
- ½
•
Saffron
- a little
•
Almond
- 50 grams
•
Cashew nut
- 50 grams
•
Pistha
- 50 grams
•
Ghee
- 1 teaspoon
•
Vanilla essence
- a little
•
Cream (fresh)
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1. Blanch
almonds
in
hot water
and
remove
outer skin.
2. Dry it and
roast
in little
ghee
till crisp and then
powder
it.
3.
Fry
cashew nut
and
pisthas
separately in little
ghee
and
powder
it.
4.
Boil
milk
and
mix
with
condensed milk
. Chill in refrigerator.
5.
Pour
the cold
milk
in a blender with, grated nuts and
essence
.
6. Run the mixie at low speed for a few seconds.
7.
Serve
with whipped
cream
on top.
