Ingredients
•
Red gram dal
- ½ cup
•
Black grams (dehusked)
- ½ cup
•
Bengal gram dal
- ½ cup
•
Green gram dal
- ½ cup
•
Rice (raw)
- 1 cup
•
Salt
- 2 teaspoons
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Green chillies (slit lengthwise)
- 3
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Coconut (grated)
- 2 tablespoons
Method
1.
Soak
rice
and dals together for two hours.
2.
Grind
to coarse rawa consistency, with
salt
.
3. Allow to ferment till next day.
4.
Keep
thin type of Idli (plate Idli) and steam.
5.
Cut
into big pieces.
6.
Heat
oil
add
mustard
,
cumin
,
green chillies
.
Stir
for a minute and
add
cut
pieces of Dhokla.
7. Sprinkle
chilly
powder
and
coconut
.
8.
Remove
and
serve
with mint chutney.
