Green gram dal
- 1 cup

Black grams (dehusked)
- 1 cup
•
Red gram dal
- 1 cup
•
Asafoetidas
- as required
•
Green chillies (chopped finely)
- 5
•
Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons
•
Salt
- 3 teaspoons
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
Method
1.
Soak
dal
together in
water
for 2 hours.
2.
Grind
to
coarse paste
.
3.
Mix
salt
, chopped
chillies
and
coriander leaves
.
4. Pat adai on hot tawa directly.
5.
Add
enough
oil
for
frying
on both sides.
