Dahi Ke Kebab

Ingredients
•
Hung curd
- ½ cup
•
Paneers (grated)
- 1 cup
•
Onions (fried)
- ½ cup
•
Green chilly (finely chopped)
- 1
•
Ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 inch
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Almonds (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Cashew nuts (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Raisins
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
•
Bread crumbs
- ¼ cup
•
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Oil
- as required
Method
1. Combine all the
ingredients
in a deep bowl and
mix
well.
2. Divide the
mixture
into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a round kebab.
3.
Roll
each kebab in
bread crumbs
so that the kebabs are evenly coated from both the sides.
4. Shallow
fry
the kebabs till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
5.
Serve
immediately with green chutney.
