Curried Parmesan Fish Fingers

Lemon

Garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon

Green chilly paste
- 1 teaspoon

Basil leaves (chopped)

Curry powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Parmesan cheese
- 250 grams
•
Eggs (beaten)
- 2
•
Maida
- 250 grams
•
Bread crumb
- 250 grams
•
Oil
- 250 milliliters
•
Salt
- as required
Method
1.
Cut
fish
into finger size.
Marinate
it with
lemon
juice,
salt
,
garlic
&
green chilly paste
,
basil leaves
&
curry powder
.
2. Take a bowl and
mix
grated
Parmesan cheese
, chopped
basil leaves
,
bread crumbs
,
maida
and beaten
eggs
and
make
it into a
paste
.
3.
Heat
the
oil
in medium
heat
. When the
oil
is hot
dip
the marinated
fish
in the
paste
and deep
fry
it until it turns golden brown color.
4.
Serve
it hot with a
lemon
piece, garnished with
basil leaves
.
