Creamy Chicken Salad

Ingredients
•
Hung curd
- 2 ½ cups
•
Chicken with bones
- 500 grams
•
Kashmiri red chilly paste/Red chilly powder
- 3 teaspoons
•
Celeries/Capsicums (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Oranges/Pineapples/Apples (chopped)
- 1 cup
•
Salt
- as required
•
Milk
- a little
Ingredients For Garnishing

Salads/Lettuce leaves (chopped)
- a few
Method
1. Steam or
boil
chicken
and shred it (
cut
into small pieces) and cool it.
2.
Soak
3-4 whole
red chillies
in
water
for 1 hour and
make
a
paste
of them, alternately you can use
red chilly powder
.
3.
Mix
hung curd
,
salt
,
red chilly
,
chicken
,
celery
and
fruit
.
4. Use a little
milk
if
salad
seems too thick.
Mix
well.
5. To
serve
, place
salad
in the center of a plate, surround with shredded
lettuce leaves
and
serve
chilled.
Note
• If using tinned
pineapple
, squeeze out all juice.
