Green chillies

Salt

Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon

Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Fenugreek
- ½ teaspoon
•
Curry leaves
- 1 sprig
Ingredients For Grinding Together

Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 3 tablespoons
•
Cinnamon
- 1 inch piece
•
Poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons
•
Grams (roasted)
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Chop
onions
,
green chillies
and
tomatoes
lengthwise.
2.
Heat
little
oil
, season with
mustard seeds
,
curry leaves
and
fenugreek
.
3.
Add
chillies
,
onions
and after sometime
tomatoes
.
4.
Fry
well till raw flavour goes.
5.
Pour
water
with
salt
and
turmeric powder
.
6.
Add
ground paste
just before
removing
from fire.
