Ingredients

Maida
- 2 ½ cups

Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Soda-bicarbonates
- ½ teaspoon
•
Sugar (powdered)
- 2 cups
•
Vanaspathi
- 1 cup
•
Eggs
- 4
•
Desiccated coconut
- ¾ cup
•
Milk
- 1 cup
•
Lemon and orange essence
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1. Sieve flour with
baking
powder
and
soda-bicarbonate
for three times.
2. Beat
sugar
and fat with little
salt
.
3.
Add
yolks of the
egg
and beat then
pour
milk
.
4. Beat white separately till stiff and fold it with the beaten
mixture
with wooden spoon.
5.
Add
coconut
,
maida
little by little and fold gently.
6.
Bake
in a moderate oven till brown on top.
