Clear Chicken Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

Chicken
- 200 grams
info: preferably breast
•
Water
- 6 cups
•
Mushroom (sliced)
- 100 grams
•
Green chillies (prepare: slit long with seeds removed)
- 2

Lemon grass
- 1 inch
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Lemon juice
- as required
•
Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
- as required
Method
1. Place
chicken
and
water
in a cooker & give 4-5 whistles.
2. When pressure drops,
strain
& separate the
chicken
from stock.
3. Shred
chicken
.
4.
Keep
stock on
heat
.
Add
sliced
mushrooms
, shredded
chicken
,
lemon grass
,
salt
and
green chillies
.
5. Give 3-4 boils or till
mushrooms
are just tender.
6.
Add
lemon juice
.
7.
Serve
hot, garnished with chopped
green chillies
or fresh
coriander
.
