Method
1.
Peel
and
grate
chow-chow
.
2. Squeeze out and
add
salt
and
cut
green chillies
.
3.
Grind
little
coconut
with
cashew nuts
.
4.
Mix
together with thick beaten
curds
.
5. Garnish with
coriander leaves
