Chilly Garlic Rice

Ingredients
•
Basmati rice
- 1 cup
•
Cabbages (cut into strips)
- 1 cup
•
Beans (cut into strips)
- ¼ cup
•
Capsicums (cut into strips)
- ¼ cup
•
Onions
- 2
•
Spring onions
- 1 bunch
•
Bean sprouts
- ¼ cup
•
Carrots (grated)
- ¼ cup
•
Oil
- 3 teaspoons
•
Ajinomoto
- ¾ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
Ingredients For Grinding Together
•
Red chillies
- 7
•
Garlic
- 5 flakes
Method
1.
Wash
and
soak
rice
for 10 minutes.
2.
Cook
in 12 to 15 cups of
boiling
water
.
3. When the
rice
is half cooked (Just tender)
drain
water
and allow it to cool completely.
4. Separate the grains using a fork.
5. To this
rice
,
mix
the ground
mixture
of
chillies
and
garlic
.
6.
Heat
oil
in a broad
frying
pan and
fry
the prepared
vegetables
one by one as follows -
Onions
,
beans
,
carrots
,
bean sprouts
,
capsicum
,
cabbage
and
spring onions
.
7.
Add
Ajinomoto
while
frying
vegetables
and
stirring
high flame.
8. When the
vegetables
are tender,
add
salt
and cooked
rice
.
9. Continue
frying
in a high flame till
rice
becomes very hot.
