Chilly Garlic Fish

Ingredients

Boneless basa fish
- 500 grams
•
Tahini paste
- 3 tablespoons
•
Garlic (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Green chillies (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Chilly flakes
- 1 teaspoon
•
Oil
- 3 tablespoons
•
Celeries (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Dagad phools
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon
•
Pomegranate powder
- 2 teaspoons
Method
1.
Cut
the deboned
fish
into rectangular pieces size 1 inch thick and 3 inch long and set aside.
2.
Mix
oil
with
tahini paste
,
garlic
,
green chilly
,
chilly flakes
,
celery
,
dagad phool
,
salt
,
sesame seeds
and
pomegranate powder
with balloon
whisk
.
3.
Marinate
the
fish
in this
mix
for 2 hours by
keeping
in the refrigerator.
4. Skewer and
grill
on a moderate hot
grill
,
cook
till the
fish
is cooked from inside.
5.
Serve
it hot.
