Chikku Lassi

Ingredients

Chikkus/Sapotas
- 3
•
Curd (fresh, thick)
- 1 ½ cups
•
Cream (fresh)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Water
- 1 cup
•
Date (soft, soaked in water)
- 3 pieces
•
Cardamom powder
- 2 pinches
•
Palm candy (powdered)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Honey
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Ice-cubes (crushed)
- as required
Method
1.
Soak
dates
in
water
for ½ an hour.
2.
Grind
it to a smooth
paste
.
3.
Add
peeled
sapota
pieces,
grind
to a
paste
.
4.
Mix
all the other
ingredients
, run the mixie at low speed with short intervals.
5.
Serve
in tall glass immediately.
