Chicken Tikka Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients

Tomatoes (medium)
- 2
Ingredients For Filling
•
Boneless chicken (cut into 2 inch pieces)
- 100 grams
•
Garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon
•
Ginger paste
- ½ teaspoon
•
Red chilly powder
- as required
•
Salt
- ½ teaspoon
•
Garam masala
- ½ teaspoon
•
Amchurs
- 1 teaspoon
•
Hung curd
- 3 tablespoons
•
Oranges/Red food colouring
- a little
•
Tomato (medium, finely chopped)
- 1
•
Dhania (fresh, chopped)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Onion (finely chopped)
- 1
Method
1.
Mix
all
ingredients
except
dhania
, chopped
tomatoes
&
onion
.
2.
Marinate
chicken
in this for 2-3 hours.
3.
Cook
in a
grill
or hot tawa or oven till fully cooked & crisp (
grill
for 5-8 minutes, or
keep
in a oven for 10-15 minutes).
4.
Chop
prepared tikka into small pieces.
5.
Add
chopped
tomatoes
,
onion
,
dhania
&
mix
well.
6.
Cut
a small part of the
tomato
from the top. Scoop out the insides to give a cavity.
7. Fill cavity with the prepared filling.
8. Place on a tray &
bake
at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
9.
Serve
hot.
