Chicken Sizzler

Ingredients
•
Chicken
- 500 grams
info: if using breasts use 4 half breasts
•
Onion (chopped)
- 1
•
Maida
- 3 teaspoons
•
Garlic (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Mushroom (sliced)
- 100 grams
(optional)
•
Pepper
- ½ teaspoon
•
Chilly sauce
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Red wine
- ½ cup
(optional)
•
Water
- ½ cup
•
Oil
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
1 Teaspoon
oil
in a non stick pan.
2.
Add
garlic
.
Fry
for 1-2 minutes.
3.
Add
onion
.
Fry
for 1-2 minutes.
4.
Add
mushrooms
&
maida
5. Brown well.
Add
salt
,
pepper
,
chilly sauce
,
chicken
,
wine
&
water
.
6.
Mix
well. Lower
heat
.
Cover
and
cook
for 20 minutes or till
chicken
tenders.
7. Increase
heat
and
cook
till gravy/ or
sauce
is thick.
Note - Accompaniments
• Take four tomatoes and
grill
them in the
grill
or on a hot tawa.
• Steam cabbage (4 pieces), cauliflower (2 cups) & beans (20-22).
• In a non stick pan
cook
2 large sliced
onions
with 4 Tablespoon worcester
sauce
(
cook
covered on low
heat
) till
onion
becomes tender.
Note - To Serve
• Either
serve
on a hot platter (sizzler plate) or on warm plate.
•
Heat
sizzler plate very well.
Pour
sauce
on top. Sprinkle little
cold water
on the hot plate to
make
it sizzle just before
serving
.
