Chicken Salad - Chinese Style

Ingredients

Chicken (with bones)
- 500 grams
•
Tomatoes
- 2
•
Bean sprouts
- 1 cup
•
Finely shredded cabbages
- 1 cup
•
Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons
•
Soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Mustard powder
- ½ teaspoon
(optional)
•
Thinly sliced capsicums
- ½ cup
•
Parsley/Coriander leaves
- a little
Method
1.
Boil
or steam
chicken
.
Make
it boneless &
cut
into small pieces (shred it).
2.
Cut
tomatoes
into thin strips after
removing
the pulp.
3.
Mix
all
ingredients
along with
vegetables
&
chicken
.
Mix
well & chill.
4.
Serve
decorated with
parsley
or
coriander leaves
and a
tomato
rose.
