Chicken Roll Ups

Ingredients

Chicken breasts (halves)

Ingredients For Filling
•
Spinaches (finely chopped)
- 3 cups
•
Mushroom (sliced)
- 150 grams
•
Garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon
•
Curd
- ¼ cup
•
Salt
- ¾ teaspoon
•
Pepper
- ¾ teaspoon
Ingredients For Coating
•
Bread crumbs
- 5 tablespoons
•
Salt
- ½ teaspoon
•
Red chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Curd
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Cook
all
ingredients
given under filling in a non stick pan on high
heat
till absolutely dry.
2. Place
chicken breast
half, bone side up between two pieces of plastic paper.
3. Working from the center to the edges, pound lightly with pounder or a
rolling
pin (belan) to flatten the
breast
.
4.
Remove
top plastic paper. Sprinkle little
salt
&
pepper
on the
chicken
.
5. Place 1 Tablespoon of filling in the center or
spread
filling on the
chicken
and
roll
up. Repeat it with all the
breasts
.
6.
Mix
bread crumbs
,
salt
,
red chilly powder
&
spread
on a plate.
7.
Roll
chicken
in
curd
or brush with
curd
and then
roll
them in
bread crumbs
.
8. Place on a
baking
dish and
bake
in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or till
chicken
is tender.
9. To
serve
,
slice
each
breast
diagonally and
serve
with fresh salad & a soup for a complete meal.
10. For snacks,
serve
with wedges of lemon.
