Chicken Pepper Fry

Ingredients

Chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 200 grams
•
Garlic (crushed)
- 3 flakes
•
Ginger (crushed)
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Salt
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon
•
Sherry
- 1 tablespoon
(optional)
•
Ajinomoto
- ¼ teaspoon
(optional)
•
Cornflowers
- 1 tablespoon
•
Egg
- 1
•
Aluminium foil
- as required
Method
1.
Mix
all
ingredients
along with
chicken
& let it
marinate
for 1-2 hours.
2.
Cut
6 inch x 6 inch pieces of
foil
.
3. Divide filling into 6-8 portions.
4. Place filling in the center of the
foil
. Fold like an envelope.
5. Deep
fry
.
6. Arrange on a bed of lettuce and
serve
.
7. The envelops can be served closed or partially opened.
