Chicken Haryali

Ingredients
•
Chicken (cut into 8 pieces)
- 800 grams
•
Green coriander (chopped finely)
- 1 cup
•
Green chillies (deseeded & chopped)
- 8
•
Salted butter
- 3 tablespoons
•
Salt
- as required
•
Pepper
- as required
•
Lemons
- as required
Method
1. Put the
chicken
with ½ cup of
water
,
salt
&
pepper
in a pressure cooker and pressure
cook
to give 1 whistle.
2.
Remove
from fire.
3. In a nonstick pan
heat
the
butter
,
add
green chillies
&
coriander
and saute on medium flame for ½ minute.
4.
Add
the cooked
chicken
with the stock and
cook
on high flame till the
chicken
is dry and the
coriander
coats the
chicken
.
5. Sprinkle some
pepper
powder
.
6.
Serve
hot with
lemon
wedges.
