Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

Chicken
- 400 grams
•
Garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon
•
Skim milk
- ½ cup
•
Dhania choppeds (fresh)
- 3 tablespoons
•
Cornflakes (crushed)
- 2 cups
Method
1.
Wash
chicken
. Squeeze out all the
water
.
2.
Add
vinegar
,
garlic paste
,
salt
&
pepper
,
mix
well. Let it
marinate
for 4-5 hours in the fridge.
3.
Crush
cornflakes
coarsely.
Mix
chopped
dhania to it.
4.
Dip
chicken
pieces in
milk
.
Roll
in
cornflakes
so that
cornflakes
coat the
chicken
pieces.
5. Lightly grease a
baking
tray.
6. Place pieces on the tray and
bake
at 260°C hot oven for 20-25 minutes or till
chicken
is tender.
