Ingredients
•
Sole fish (tikka pieces)
- 500 grams
•
Yogurt
- ¾ cup
•
Cream
- 2 tablespoons
•
Saunfs/Fennel seeds (powdered)
- 3 teaspoons
•
Amchurs/Raw mango powder
- 2 teaspoons
•
White pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Haldis/Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Besan/Gram flour (roasted)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Egg
- 1
•
Pudinas/Mint leaves (finely chopped)
- 5 tablespoons
•
Hara dhania/Green coriander (ground to paste)
- 5 tablespoons
•
Garlic
- 15 cloves
•
Ginger
- 1 ½ inches
•
Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons
•
Salt
- as required
Method
1.
Wash
and pat dry
fish
tikka.
2. Rub
lemon juice
and
salt
all over
fish
and leave aside for ½ hour.
3.
Mix
the remaining
ingredients
,
add
to
fish
and leave to
marinate
for 2-3 hours.
4. Skewer and
cook
over hot charcoal or
grill
in hot oven for 7-8 minutes.
5.
Serve
immediately, with chutney.
