Cauliflower Raita

Ingredients

Cauliflowers (grated)
- 2 tablespoons

Ginger (minced)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Green chillies (chopped)
- 2

Coriander leaves (chopped)
- a little
•
Curd
- 1 cup
•
Salt
- as required
Method
1.
Grate
cauliflower
and steam for 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Cool thoroughly.
3. Mince
ginger
and
green chillies
.
4.
Chop
coriander leaves
.
5.
Add
thick beaten
curds
with enough
salt
.
6.
Mix
everything well and
serve
chilled.
