Carrot Dosa

Ingredients

Rice (raw)
- 1 cup
•
Par boiled rice
- ¼ cup
•
Carrots (grated)
- ¾ cup
•
Red chillies
- 5
•
Cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Onion
- 1
•
Salt (powdered)
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Tamarind
- lime size
Method
1.
Soak
rice
(both) together for 2 hours.
2.
Grind
it along with other
ingredients
3.
Add
salt
at the end of
grinding
.
4. Dilute the batter with
water
, if necessary.
5.
Pour
like 'Rawa dosa'
6.
Serve
hot with
onion
chutney.
Note
• This dosa should be poured immediately after
grinding
.
