Carrot Dosa

Ingredients

• • Rice (raw) - 1 cup
• • Par boiled rice - ¼ cup
• • Carrots (grated) - ¾ cup
• • Red chillies - 5
• • Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
• • Onion - 1
• • Salt (powdered) - 1 ½ teaspoons
• • Tamarind - lime size

Method

• 1. Soak rice (both) together for 2 hours.
• 2. Grind it along with other ingredients
• 3. Add salt at the end of grinding.
• 4. Dilute the batter with water, if necessary.
• 5. Pour like 'Rawa dosa'
• 6. Serve hot with onion chutney.

• • This dosa should be poured immediately after grinding.
