Red chillies

Tamarind paste
- 1 teaspoon

Asafoetidas
- a pinch
•
Oil
- as required

Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Fry
whole
brinjals
in little
oil
in a deep pan by turning well to all sides.
2. Outer skin and
mash
well.
3.
Fry
Red chillies
,
urad
,
asafoetida
in
oil
and
grind
with
tamarind
,
salt
.
4.
Mix
mashed pulp at the end and then season.
