Brinjal Raita

Brinjal
- 1

Curd
- 2 cups
•
Salt
- as required
•
Onion
- 1
•
Green chillies
- 2
•
Red chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Coriander leaves
- a few
Method
1.
Roast
whole
brinjal
over flames till the top is burnt well .
2. Turn around, so that whole
brinjal
is roasted well.
3. Cool and then
peel
skin.
4.
Mash
thoroughly.
5.
Add
thick beaten
curds
,
salt
finely
cut
onions
and
green chillies
.
6. Sprinkle little
red chilly powder
and
garam masala powder
(or
add
ground paste
of
coriander leaves
and
green chillies
).
