Curry leaves

Water
- 3 ½ cups
Method
1.
Wash
, pat dry well and
chop
okra
in small pieces, finely
chop
green chillies
.
2. In a pan or wok
heat
oil
add
okra
,
green chilly
and
cook
in medium flame until
okra
becomes crispy
stir
regularly.
3. To
prepare
tempering
heat
oil
in a small pan or
add
cumin
,
mustard seeds
and allow to splutter.
4.
Add
urad dal
,
curry leaves
, dry
red chilly
and saute until
dal
becomes golden brown, off flame.
5. In a bowl beat
curd
add
salt
, cooked
okra
and
mix
well.
6.
Add
prepared
tampering
on top.
