Ingredients

Ladies fingers (sliced)
- 1 cup
•
Onion (small)
- 1
•
Green chillies
- 5
•
Cumin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Fenugreek seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Curd
- 1 tablespoon
•
Urad dal
- 1 teaspoon
•
Channa dal
- 1 teaspoon
•
Curry leaves
- a little
•
Oil (for seasoning)
- as required
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a pan,
add
mustard seeds
,
cumin seeds
,
fenugreek seeds
,
urad dal
,
channa dal
and
fry
till turn golden. Now
add
onion
,
chillies
and
curry leaves
and
fry
till
onion
turn brown.
2.
Add
ladies finger
and
curd
and
fry
till there is no raw smell,
add
tomatoes and
cook
till they turn soft.
3. Cool the
mixture
and
grind
. Splutter
mustard
in hot
oil
and
mix
with pachadi.
