Ingredients

• • White peach - 1
• • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
• • Simple syrups - 1 tablespoon
• • Champagnes - as required

Method

• 1. Puree peaches, lemon juice, and syrup in blender.
• 2. Add more syrup or lemon juice, if desired.
• 3. Pour 2 tablespoons puree into champagne flute.
• 4. Fill with champagne.
