Banana Pear Smoothie

Pears
- 3

Banana
- 1

Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Honey
- 2 teaspoons
•
Salt
- a pinch
•
White pepper
- 2 pinches
•
Water
- 300 milliliters
Method
1.
Remove
thin skin and centre hard core from
pears
and
cut
into pieces.
2.
Add
banana
and grated
coconut
to that.
3.
Pour
water
and run the mixie in medium speed until everything blends well.
4.
Strain
it through large eyed mesh strainer.
5.
Mix
honey
,
salt
and
pepper
according to
taste
and
serve
.
