Banana Paniyaram

Ingredients

Rice (raw)
- 1 cup
•
Banana (ripe)
- 1
•
Jaggery (grated)
- 1 cup
•
Cardamom powder
- a pinch
•
Oil/Ghee (for frying)
- as required
Method
1.
Soak
rice
for 2 hours.
2.
Grind
to smooth
paste
.
Add
banana
and
jaggery
at the end of
grinding
.
3.
Mix
cardamom powder
and little
cooking
soda if necessary.
4.
Pour
immediately in paniyaram pan.
