Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

Potato (small)
- ¼ kg
•
Sour curd
- 1 cup
•
Salt
- as required
•
Chilly powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Dhania powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Cheese (grated)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Coriander leaves
- 1 bunch
•
Lemon
- 1
Method
1.
Cook
potatoes
in pressure cooker.
2.
Peel
skin and prick with a fork.
3.
Mix
all the
masala
powders in
curds
and
marinate
potatoes
in it.
4. Allow it to stand for 1½ hours.
5. Now take the
potatoes
alone and put on a greased
baking
tray and sprinkle grated
cheese
.
6. Put a little
oil
around the
potatoes
and
bake
in moderate
heat
till the
potatoes
are browned.
7.
Serve
hot garnished with
coriander leaves
and
lemon
juice.
8. If more
chilly powder
is necessary sprinkle on top while
serving
.
