Baked Eggs on Mince

Ingredients
•
Keema (minced)
- 400 grams
•
Onion (finely chopped)
- 1
•
Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Oil
- 2 tablespoons
•
Green chillies (finely chopped)
- 2
•
Dhania powder/Coriander powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Bread crumbs/Flour (dry)
- 3 teaspoons
•
Cream
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Milk
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Eggs
- 2
•
Salt
- as required
•
Parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
Method
1.
Heat
oil
&
fry
onion
until golden brown.
Add
the
ginger
&
garlic pastes
&
fry
for 2-3 minutes.
2.
Add
keema
&
cook
until browned.
Add
bread crumbs
,
green chillies
,
dhania powder
,
salt
and chopped
parsley
.
Mix
well.
3.
Add
1 cup of
water
,
cover
&
simmer
until
keema
is coked.
Cook
over medium
heat
to evaporate excess
water
.
4. The
keema
should be almost dry.
5. In a bowl,
whisk
together the
eggs
,
cream
and
milk
until blended.
6. Reheat the
keema
&
spread
in a flat oven proof dish.
Pour
the
egg
mixture
on top.
7.
Bake
in a preheated oven at 350°F until
eggs
are set.
Serve
hot.
