Baked Beans

Ingredients

White haricot beans
- 1 cup

Butter
- 2 tablespoons
•
Cheese (grated)
- ¼ cup
•
Garam masala
- ½ teaspoon
•
Green chillies
- 2
•
Coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon
Ingredients For Mixing Together
•
Tomato puree
- ¾ cup
•
Dhania powder
- 1 tablespoon
•
Tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons
•
Corn flour
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon
•
Sugar
- 2 teaspoons
•
Pepper powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Soak
Beans
in enough
water
for 8 to 10 hours.
2.
Strain
the soaked
water
and
adding
fresh
water
, pressure
cook
the
beans
till it gets properly cooked.
3.
Strain
the
water
and
mix
it with the other mentioned.
4. Grease a
baking
dish with
butter
,
pour
this
beans
mixture
in it.
5. Garnish with finely sliced
green chillies
,
coriander leaves
, rest of the
butter
on top.
6. Sprinkle grated
cheese
and
bake
in a preheated hot oven for half an hour.
7. Sprinkle
garam masala
powder
on top and
serve
hot.
