Aam Panna with Gooseberry

Ingredients

Mango (raw)
- 100 grams

Gooseberries
- 2
•
Potato
- 1
•
Celery
- 1 stalk
•
Ash gourd
- 200 grams
•
Cucumber (large)
- 250 grams
•
Spinaches (cut into small pieces)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Lettuce
- 50 grams
•
Garlic
- 2 cloves
•
Capsicum
- 50 grams
•
Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- ¼ teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
,
remove
skin wherever necessary and
cut
all the
vegetables
into convenient sized pieces.
2.
Wash
all the
greens
properly.
3.
Remove
inner
seed
from
gooseberries
.
4. Push
garlic
,
gooseberries
,
capsicum
,
lettuce
,
spinach
,
celery
first into the juicer goblet followed with other
vegetables
.
5. To the
juice
extract
add
salt
and
lemon juice
.
Mix
well.
6. As this is sour and spicy
pour
in small cups.
7.
Serve
with ice cubes.
