Aam Panna with Gooseberry

Ingredients

• • Mango (raw) - 100 grams
• • Gooseberries - 2
• • Potato - 1
• • Celery - 1 stalk
• • Ash gourd - 200 grams
• • Cucumber (large) - 250 grams
• • Spinaches (cut into small pieces) - 1 tablespoon
• • Lettuce - 50 grams
• • Garlic - 2 cloves
• • Capsicum - 50 grams
• • Lemon juice - ½ teaspoon
• • Salt - ¼ teaspoon

Method

• 1. Wash, remove skin wherever necessary and cut all the vegetables into convenient sized pieces.
• 2. Wash all the greens properly.
• 3. Remove inner seed from gooseberries.
• 4. Push garlic, gooseberries, capsicum, lettuce, spinach, celery first into the juicer goblet followed with other vegetables.
• 5. To the juice extract add salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
• 6. As this is sour and spicy pour in small cups.
• 7. Serve with ice cubes.
