Tofu Chutney

Ingredients

• • Coconut (grated, fresh) - 3 tablespoons
• • Green chillies - 5
• • Ginger - ½ inch piece
• • Salt - ½ teaspoon
• • Tofus (grated) - 2 tablespoons
• • Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
• • Lemon - 1

Ingredients For Seasoning

• • Oil - ½ teaspoon
• • Mustard - ¼ teaspoon
• • Asafoetida powder - 2 pinches

Method

• 1. Grind chillies, coconut, finely cut ginger along with salt in a mixie to a coarse paste.
• 2. Add coconut along with little water, and grind once.
• 3. Mix grated Tofu at the end and grind just once lightly.
• 4. Take it in a vessel and squeeze lemon to that.
• 5. Heat oil, add mustard, allow to crackle, mix asafoetida in that oil and then pour over chutney.
