Sweet Potato Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients

• • Yellow pumpkin - 400 grams
• • Tulsis - 1 tablespoon
• • Spinach leaves - 10
• • Sweet potato - 150 grams
• • Palm candy (powdered) - 1 teaspoon
• • Salt - as required
• • Cucumber - 200 grams

Method

• 1. Wash the leaves in lukewarm water to remove pesticides, mud etc.
• 2. Remove outer skin from pumpkin and cut into convenient sized pieces.
• 3. Wash sweet potatoes properly using a vegetable cleaning brush and cut into convenient sized pieces.
• 4. Push bunched up leaves into the juicer goblet followed with sweet potatoes, pumpkin and finally cucumber.
• 5. To the extract add salt, powdered sugar candy and mix well and serve.
