Omelette Roll

Ingredients

• • Eggs - 5
• • Onion - 1
• • Carrot - 1
• • Cabbages (cut into strips) - ¼ cup
• • Capsicum - 1
• • Salt - as required
• • Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
• • Ajinomoto - ½ teaspoon
• • Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
• • Butter - 3 tablespoons
• • Chilly powder - ¼ teaspoon

Ingredients For Grinding To Fine Paste

• • Red chillies - 3
• • Garlic - 2 flakes

Method

• 1. Beat eggs with salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder.
• 2. Make 5 omelettes with this.

Method To Make Vegetable Stuffing

• 1. Cut onions lengthwise.
• 2. Grate carrots.
• 3. Chop capsicum, into 1 inch thin pieces.
• 4. Heat little butter and fry onions, capsicum, carrot and cabbage in order.
• 5. Add ground paste, ajinomoto, salt and fry for few minutes.
• 6. Remove from fire.
• 7. When omelette is cooked, keep a tablespoon of mixture inside the omelette and roll tightly like we do for swiss roll.
• 8. While serving, cut them into round pieces.
• 9. Garnish with finely chopped onions and coriander leaves.
• 10. Sprinkle tomato sauce on top and serve hot.
