Mango Crenshaw Melon Juice

Ingredients

• • Mangoes - 2
• • Crenshaw melon - 1
• • Oranges - 2
• • Honey - 1 teaspoon
• • Salt - 3 pinches
• • Jeera powder (roasted) - 2 pinches
• • Sugar - as required
• • Water - 600 milliliters

Method

• 1. Select thin skinned juicy oranges.
• 2. Wash, cut into two and extract the juice. Strain and keep aside.
• 3. Remove outer skin & inner seeds from ripe mangoes and melon.
• 4. Mash the pulp and put in a blender.
• 5. Blend until smooth and then add enough water.
• 6. Mix orange juice and other mentioned ingredients also to the juice.
• 7. Blend well and pour in glass. Serve with ice.
