Ingredients For Making Vegetable Patty

Potatoes (cut into square pieces)
- ½ cup

Carrots (cut into square pieces)
- ½ cup

Beans (cut into pieces)
- ¼ cup
•
Green peas
- ¼ cup
•
Ginger paste
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Garam masala
- ½ teaspoon
•
Red chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons
•
Gram flour
- 1 teaspoon
•
Coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon
•
Butter
- 2 tablespoons

- 1
•
Butter
- 2 tablespoons
•
Onion (cut into long pieces)
- 1
•
Red chilly chutneys
- 2 teaspoons
•
Green mint chutneys
- 2 teaspoons
•
Lettuce leaves
- a few
•
Cheese slice
- 2
Method To Make Vegetable Patty
1. Pressure
cook
potato
,
carrot
,
beans
, and
peas
.
2.
Mash
cooked
vegetables
.
3.
Mix
in a bowl -
ginger paste
,
salt
,
garam masala
,
red chilly powder
,
bread crumb
,
gram flour
and
coriander leaves
.
4. Shape the
vegetable
mixture
in a round mould to
make
a round patty.
5. Coat the
vegetable
patty with
bread crumbs
on all sides.
6. Toast in a pan, the
vegetable
patty with
butter
.
Keep
aside.
Method To Make Idli Burger
1.
Cut
an
idli
into two pieces.
2.
Add
butter
in a pan and toast the
idli
pieces on both sides.
Keep
aside.
3.
Add
butter
in a pan and
roast
onion
until brown.
Keep
aside.
4. Take the toasted
idli
pieces and coat each side with
red chilly chutney
and
green mint chutney
.
5.
Add
roasted
onion
,
lettuce leaves
, cheese
slice
on each
idli
piece.
6. Place
vegetable
patty in the middle and
make
into a burger.
7.
Serve
and enjoy.
